PLATINUM ESTATE FAQs
Q: Do I need to get immunized against COVID-19 in order to attend the event?
A: For the most up-to-date information, please see the festival’s health and safety standards.
Q: Do the Platinum Estates include festival passes?
A: No. However, you may modify your Platinum Estate by purchasing more passes.
Q: Can you mail our passes?
A: We are unable to provide credentials by mail. Upon arrival, all passes are cashed at your home. This will be handled by the concierge staff.
Q: Can I get extra parking permits for my guests?
A: If you request parking permits ahead of time, you will be assured to have them. Each property may house up to four automobiles in the garage and driveway.
Q: How much access will my visitors and I get with the GUEST passes?
A: These GUEST wristbands provide you entrance to all VIP sections, guest viewing locations, the Artist Compound, and the production road. You will not, however, be permitted to enter any stages or production areas. Access to viewing places is limited due to capacity. Arrive early for headlining performances and the concerts you’re most excited about!
Q: Does the pricing change if I stay for less than four nights?
A: While you are not expected to remain for all four nights, the price does not change if you stay for less.
Q: May I bring more overnight visitors to the house?
A: The maximum number of visitors permitted to stay at your home is ten for a five-bedroom estate and twelve for a six-bedroom estate. If you did not register 10 or 12 visitors with your package, you may add them and have them stay as an official house guest. There are fees that must be paid.
Q: Am I allowed daily visitors?
A: Yes, each visitor staying at the property is authorized to have one additional house guest every day.
Q: How late can I check out of my Estate?
A: You must check out of your residence by 10 a.m. PST on the Monday after the event.
Q: How long will it take to go from my estate to the Coachella Music & Arts Festival site?
A: The Coachella festival location is situated next to the Platinum Estate complex and will be accessible via golf cart.
Q: How often will the golf cart transportation run?
A: The Platinum Estate Golf cart shuttles will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be able to transport you to and from your Estate and the festival on a daily basis. Please plan your transportation in advance with our concierge for the best service. Please keep in mind that golf cart shuttles will only be available until 60 minutes after the music has stopped each night and will only be able to carry you to and from the festival gate to your Estate.
Q: How can I get entry to my home and the gated community?
A: As the event date approaches, we will send a check-in informative email to the lead guest, and a member of the concierge service will check the group in upon arrival.
