Shera continued, "The secretary, along with 13 other members of the society, filed a complaint against my mother with the Registrar’s Office. Jayantilal began targeting my mother specifically. During the AGM, they went so far as to publish a book accusing Pritam Kaur of filing a false complaint against Jayantilal and the society. However, this was not the case."

The Registrar’s Office issued a notice to debar the society secretary, but it was returned. The case is currently pending resolution at the concerned higher authority’s office. The society committee has been instructed to submit the necessary documents by the 26th of this month.
